Terms & Conditions – AI Humanizer: Text, Voice & Image

By accessing or using AI Humanizer – Text, Voice & Image (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

The App uses AI technology to transform text, voice, and image inputs into creative outputs. The App is intended for personal, educational, and creative use only and should not be used for illegal or harmful purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in ways that:

• Generate or share offensive, illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content.

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App’s services, systems, or networks.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the App.

• Our Content: All software, technology, design elements, AI models, and intellectual property associated with the App remain the sole property of AI Humanizer and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. By purchasing, you agree to pay all associated fees on time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy or required by law.

7. Generated Content & Design Data

The App allows you to generate and upload text, audio, or image-based content. While you retain ownership, you are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws, infringe rights, or cause harm.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Humanizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or access, arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if your use of the App poses a risk to others or to our business interests.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
